2026 Camry and this cheap janky plastic

What should I use to clean the glossy black and plastic material in my Camry? Haven’t had it for a week and it already has a few mini scuffs.

Clean it and PPF it. It'll be a never ending battle, and you'll never win that war.

I ordered this. Pretty sure it’s overpriced but can I use this or will it damage my car when I remove it? Don’t know how to apply PPF but will see if any tinting shop can do it.
