Haven’t seen this anywhere yet but accidentally discovered that the 1st chest in prophecy is infinitely farmable. Grab it, orbit/wipe and grab it again. Repeat as desired.
So far picked up dozens (literally) of smg/solar pulse rolls that I never felt like farming.

Only 600 kinetic smg in the game which means something for PVP but fair point on everything else
Also, the non-RotN version of A Sudden Death is the only shotgun that can roll Discord + Cascade Point. Aggressive frame shotguns also intrinsically get increased rate of fire when you get kills.
Fun fact: that gun has been released as all three light elements

I'm sorry but even if I did get that combo, until they buff primaries I'd never used such a strange combo like that. Seems pretty ok for deleting maybe a mini boss or even a champion but I'd rather have an all around useful special if I can help it

It's also 1 of 2 smgs that can get Onslaught as a perk. The other one is an energy slot though, so this is the only kinetic. Might not be the best, but it's pretty fun.

oh yeah. foundry didnt have that updated, despite being around for awhile. it was so close to being a really good smg, i prefer aggressive frame smgs, but i did use it for awhile.
I still love my Darkest Before with Heal Clip Incan. Have more kills on that than anything else.

I genuinely think that you are the first one who discovered this, no posts on reddit or other forums have mentioned this.
Few days ago i finished the 1st encounter then grabbed the chest and switched to other activities. Saw your post, and since i still have the cp i hopped in expecting it not to work. But it does! You can just wipe and grab it over and over again within seconds.

Edit: Finally years after 353 clears got my 5/5 darkest before and the god roll PVP for prosecutor!

Tried some other ones in the legends tab but didn’t work. Seems to be only this one for some reason.
It might work on Spire/Ghost since they were in ROTN as well.
I used a Ghosts boss checkpoint to backtrack to the final secret chest. I was only able to obtain loot once. I wiped, but the chest was empty the second time.
Oh well, perhaps I can get a nice Darkest Before.
So loot from that chest is once a week I assume ? Did you try the first chest?

Wrong, you can get the strand one from the first boss. The right of the nine one had different perks then the one you can get now.

Headseeker & rapid hit is a solid roll for for PVP, it also get hatchling for PvE.
high impact pulses are the worst pulse archetypes in pvp rn, fwiw

There were 2 versions, the right of the nine had different perks, it was only available for a limit time.

Yes, but the light level of often low and perks on it are not as good as the ones you get from finishing the dungeon.

The dungeons are farmable, the rolls on items at the end of the dungeon are better than the hidden chests.
