I think with programs it's more like turning yourself off,
I'm just imagining tasque manager like dropping a glass or something then suddenly she has a breakdown and starts whipping herself as everybody else goes to try and stop her
As a certified expert on the topic, I can confirm she is a tasque in nature, but differentiates from basic tasques, for she is the manager (and the best deltarune character)
Everyone is using Light World logic but in the actual game, she's the only one who talks, and when Shuttah is taking a picture of all the animal Darkners, Tasque Manager isn't there. So no, I don't think she is a Tasque.
On a real computer, task manager considers itself a task, so yes. This also technically means most of the other darkners in chapter 3 should be considered tasques as well but the game ignores that. I'm assuming tasques are just supposed to be generic computer programs that weren't important enough to be specialized darkners like Swatch (MS Paint) or the ambulances I forgot the names of (anti-virus programs)
the task manager app does use a window for its interface, and it does consider that as a task, you can even end task manager through task manager!
by that logic, Tasque Manager should be a Tasque
wait a minute can you make tasque manager kill herself just by asking?

New headcanon that tasque manager has no sense of self preservation(I think that's the right one)
that's the right term yeah
kinky
I see it as: Close the program (with the X) turns the tasque off
End task on the other hand, that kills the tasque
if you say please
Gotta have manners!
Susie: please

Tasque Manager is just a stronger Tasque

on a real computer task manager is a task that you can see running in task manager
Is a king a human manager?

If you swap the A's for E's it's also a Papyrus line
Everyones a Cat

Task manager counts as a task, so why wouldn't tasque manager count as a tasque?

Task manager is a task within task manager, she indeed manages herself
Independant tasque who don't need no man(ager) to tell her resource usage
yeah shes just the special big in-charge one
like how the card castle kings are the special big in-charge versions of rudinn, hathy, and clover (and in mr. chaos king’s case…lancer ig?)

Is a cat lady a cat? Case closed.
/s btw
Tausqe Manager is just a fully grown Tasque and the normal Tasques are just children
I am concerned about this implication
what are you concerned about
She looks like she's bent over laughing at someone

So yes, Tasque Manager would be a Tasque
