I'm new to this emulator and wanted to use it to play through some of the old Pokémon games, since I've heard you can transfer Pokémon from the games on this emulator to your 3DS and then HOME. I downloaded the GBA games, heartgold, soulsilver, and platinum, and they all show up on the menu and boot up. But I can't get black/white, or BW2, to show up on the menu. Is it because their files are DSi enhanced? I've tried to research how to get them to work because I've seen footage of BW on Delta, so there must be a way, but everything I've read says that I need BIOS files and firmware, which were already on my delta when I downloaded the emulator. Is there different BIOS and firmware for DSi? Some help would be very appreciated.

Delta does not come with any copyrighted material. This includes the DS BIOS/firmware. Saying that it came with the emulator is false. Either way, they are not explicitly required.
If the files you downloaded have a .zip or .7z file extension, you may need to extract them. For a .zip, the phone’s built in Files app can handle it. Just navigate to where the file is, tap it, and you’re done. For .7z, you’ll need to download an app that can work with that file type.
Not sure why I needed to do this for these games and not the others, but unzipping the files worked! Thank you for the help. I'm not sure what the deal is with me already having the BIOS and firmware. All I know is that when I checked the DS core settings after downloading the app on IOS those files were already in place without me having downloaded them. Weird.
At first people needed to download own bios for DS.
Then an update came where you didn’t need them anymore…… this confused a lot of people and a lot of people ended up erasing bios and messing with setting that wasn’t needed.
