When I called my insurance I told them I was hit by a deer. She laughed and said. So, you hit a deer? I said my dash cam will answer that question. She called back later and agreed the deer hit me. You can see it see me. There was malice and intent on its face.
Caved in my rear passenger door and put a circular dent in front passenger door.
The fact that this is a common thing just proves how dumb they are
This may be a stupid question but when reporting a collision with a deer (mine was head on) to the insurance, minimal damage. Does the car fax reflect a minor accident? Even though it wasn’t an accident with another vehicle?
I’m not sure of this. I do know it is covered under my comprehensive and my deductible was $100 rather than $500. My assumption is it will show as a minor accident.
Just sue the deer at that point
