It started to get dark and it got difficult to clearly see what the concrete was looking like/how the broom finish was taking. Any ideas on how to improve the surface after the fact?
Can grind it with a diamond cup or get concrete sanding brick from the masonry section of had or Lowe’s and scrub it it’ll make it more even, if it’s really green can mix sand and Portland cement and skim coat it.
Is that pad for your step landing? As time goes by,you won’t notice it.
That was kind of what I was thinking. Surface imperfections might just be more visible to me because 1) I did it 2) it’s new.

Just live with it because anything you do will not bring it back to a nice concrete finish. Do you not have lights?
I mean, yes, I do have lights, but things look different in daylight versus targeted artificial light.
