Very unlikely. The paint will fail due to weathering (eg, water, sunlight, temperature fluctuations), allowing the PT lumber to absorb moisture. The water will eventually leach the pressure treating chemicals out of the wood until the protection is lost and the wood will start to rot.
Location matters. The Egyptian mummies were found inside wooden sarcophagi, so a couple thousand years is doable. In, like, Alabama probably not so much. There’s some old wood outside in the US southwest that’s been put in the elements for a hundred years.

Will last longer if you dont paint it, imho. Just be sure to treat all cuts with two coats copper green.
