Energetic and brash protags who would start their journey primarily after an interaction with a black hole-esque phenomenon (A mysterious black hole and Dusty), which would grant them their trademark power over gravity. Taking on superhero identities as they go through repeated struggles attempting to solve mysteries relating to their nature (Origin of Radiant's suit and Kat’s past), discovering not only otherworldly origins but also being made aware of a looming threat of a apocalyptic and eldritch force threatening worlds destruction coming from same place in manners (The Destructive Force, who also corrupted Kat’s homeplace to make them wipe out people below and The Radiants themselves, aside from being the source of Black’s power, considered themselves divine judges that destroy worlds they see unworthy of liberation), fighting against the kingdom/empire while being allied with their red, at least previously antagonistic rival counterparts/foils that would become closer with them (Raven and Radiant Red/Satomi Sone). Despite starting alone both would also end up in teams of other superhumans at one point and have superhero aliases with the same word in them basically (Black Cat and Radiant Black). You can also probably do some relationship comparison with stuff like Nathan and Marshall to Kat and Dusty (or other characters from Gravity Rush its a case wherein i am like 90% sure there is an approprite parralel but not sure which character is the closest as of writing) i think. also generally similar superhero development stuff
