Only one of them is a bot (the woman pfp), they copied the other comment and the likes are artificial (mainly from other bots). The replies will mostly come from other bots too.
This happened to me once: I made a Youtube comment that got a lot of upvotes. Then suddenly that same comment was all over the place (for that one video’s long comment section; I don’t know whether it went beyond it).
