Smooth bore Black powder flint lock actually. You'll get to a point where you're not gonna come across .22 anymore
Flint is natural, you can produce 2 of the 3 ingredients needed to make black powder (charcoal and saltpeter, just need a source for sulphur), and you can shoot almost anything that'll fit down the bore With a fiber wad.
Because it's always the gun you have ammo for that's the best.
A single box of .22 can range from 50, to 100 per box.
My local shop sells 1000 rounds of it for less than 100 bucks. it's easily the most prevalent ammo on the planet.
The best bet is to own a .22, a common pistol round like 9mm, and then a black powder rifle
Until like 5 zombies or anyone with something faster than .5 rounds a minute comes around.
My math is 2500 rds of .22 is like 15lbs. If my fatass can outlast the 2500 rounds then I think we'll all be shocked enough to let me be ruler of the waste
Bro no way.. you get one shot every 30 seconds. That's terrible for survival unless you have a sidearm. But no, you should theoretically never run out of bullets if you're not wasting them. Think about how much ammo is on the planet right now. Gotta be trillions of rounds. I have 2,000 just in my closet š
Yeah but that's not a gun. Gun comes from the Anglo-latin word Gunne/Gonne which means "an engine of war that throws rocks, arrows or other missiles from a tube by the force of explosive powder or other substance,". Used originally to describe cannons, found in Middle EnglishĀ gonnildeĀ "cannon" and in an Anglo-Latin reference to a specific gun from a 1330 munitions inventory of Windsor Castle ("... una magna balista de cornu quae Domina Gunilda ...") and was shortened an applied to what we would now call some of the first hand held firearms, the fire lance or Handgonne (hand cannon).
Personally I think running would be more effective in a zombie apocalypse than having to restuff my barrel after every shot, aswell as the extra weight it would be to carry all the things your trying to shoot and all the powder.
It's not for the zombies, it's for people and hunting. Depending on the zombie logic they start to cease being an issue after about a year considering they're either going to rot away in the case of undead or they're going to die of exposure in the case of something like DayZ where it's essentially rabbies
Not necessarily if you know how to treat and disinfect a would properly and stay somewhere safe while you gain your strength back you are likely to survive
It bounces when you shoot something so it can be the most deadly round. You shoot someone in the brain and it hits vital parts from bouncing around and staying in instead of directly exiting or having a straight path. Same thing with shooting in the chest the .22 can be the best round.
Im holding strong that the .22 is the best apocalypse/zombie apocalypse gun.

Maybe hes not murican
Maybe. But i do know that even in heavily restricted countries .22 is still very common or even the only ammo you can own.

Bro I'm dying. I had said a similar thing to my girlfriend a few months ago.
Guns = noise blunt objects = the way you want to go in an apocalypse but you need to make your attacks count

In that case, the best āgunā would be a makeshift bow and arrow

Imagine missing in a pvp scenario tho.
āTime out; need to reloadā
"Affix Bayonets, Lads!"
In a video game or real life? Lol
Both! Small, light, no recoil, bullets weight is minimal. And honestly, any hole I poke in you in the wasteland is a death sentence
Not necessarily if you know how to treat and disinfect a would properly and stay somewhere safe while you gain your strength back you are likely to survive
So pretty much a death sentence
Iāll stick with my m1 garand and 500 rounds of ammunition in the closet
Max brooks would agree
Iām telling you if you have an a10 that can get refueled when ever your fine
Those dont hold up to my aircraft carrier. Never forget to carry, people

Easily.
Not my dumbass being like, āwhoah is he playing with mods or something? Why does it look so goodā

Maybe I can figure out the IRL hack for skywalking lol
You just gotta drown yourself puking in a pond, nothing easier than that
I'm actually a grown man, thank you very muchĀ
