I'm partial to Bart, so the way they went at it was fun for Me to an extent. However it's very impersonal. Prime has a lot of moments where he mentions his grudge against Bart. But by contradt Mr. Allen rarely speaks about him when they aren't around.
Superboy by contrast I think has a lot more going into the conflict with Prime. Their mutual desire to be a quality Superman, their shared name of Superboy, how their is a disconnect between them when they met. I think the way they look at each other is pretty interesting. More to play with there.
I like both, but I'm going to go with Bart - there's something so funny yet cool that someone as terrifyingly powerful and ruthless as Prime being scared of Impulse of all people.
So both Kon and Bart were major players in the various fights against Superboy Prime leading him to develop deep grudges with both of them. So which rivalry did you enjoy more? Kon vs Prime or Bart vs Prime?

Y'know it's sad that Bart doesn't even know what age he technically is anymore. He doesn't know if he's a kid, a teen or a adult now
To be fair that was always kind of the case. He was raised in an accelerated virtual reality because he was aging too fast as a baby wasn't he?
Insofar as the like, deaging, I think Bart's time as the flash kind of gets ignored by people, and for good reason

Kon's feels more like a rivalry.
