    We just got VB a couple of months ago, yes it was an active skill but it's the same character, would be the same thing as getting a SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta TAG with G4 active skill and something else, we just had G4 this year enough for a while

    The only reason I would accept Namek to not be in the celebration is if they want to use it for a full celebration (gdc), because we need a modern Ssj Goku, a Full Power Frieza, but also a Final Form Frieza and a Kaioken Goku, though it may feel a bit too much if they give out all of them in the same celebration (but it worked for Cooler WWC and for Broly WWC)

    And then eza the coolers here instead of now. Super buff wicked bloodline, ssj and namek. Yeah i could live with that. But ssj goku and frieza really deserve something. Been pretty left out. Just eza's.

    While it may be a safe bet for some players, Dokkan nows that they cant burn player with the same characters again and again, they have to give it at least a year. See Goku ultrainstint. It is ultrahype, but we dont get a lot of them. You have to get the players to want it.

    That is why right now Namek is more hype than fusions for a lot of players, we dont have a supersaiyan goku since 4 whole years, and the latest Namek celebration was on october of 2024, a year and a half ago of a monthly Dokkanfest

    I look at Fusions differently.

    There Timeless.

    100% there Timeless.

    They will always find new ways to refresh Fusions.

    Yes, fusions are hype, but like you said in your pattern, see that there is always a gap of a year between sjj4 releases and fusion releases.

    On normal years, there is 1 fusion per year. In 7th anni being the anni, 8th anni being WWDC, in 9th anni being anniversary... Till we the 10th anni, (with Gotenks carnival LR, while being a fusion, I dont think is a moneymaker, and we didnt had a Gotenks that wasnt a banner unit in ages, so I think this is an exception).

    10th year is the big year, so they literally got ALL the moneymakers in both the anniversary and the GDC (and even through the year itself). In total, this year we got the hypest characters from almost all the arcs:

    First episode Goku, Tao, 22nd Budokai Tien, Cell, Gohan sjj2, Future Gohan, Super Vegito,Gotenks in the Int Hybrids, Super Gogeta, Paikuhan and Garlick Jr from filler, Both Baby and Goku sjj4 from Baby arc, Omega Shenron, Gogeta4, Goku vs Hit, Black and Vegito Blue, TOP Vegeta Evo with Ultrainstinct Goku, and Frieza+Goku teamup, Caulifla+Kale, Gogeta from the Broly Movie and Gohan, Gammas and Orange Piccolo from SuperHero. And dont forget Vegeta sjj3 and Goku sjj4 Minis and Gomah

    What I am trying to say, is that in the 10th aniversary the went through all the hype moments of the whole series, except a few ones. And if they dont want to repeat units, I think there are five options worth the hype, and only 3 of them worth the moneymaking.

    Goku vs Demon King Piccolo Saiyan saga Goku vs Vegeta Supersaiyan Goku vs Frieza. God Goku vs Beerus. Daima adult forms.

    The last 3 being the moneymaker ones.

    To conclude, it may be fusions?, yeah, it could, I am not a team member, I dont know the future. But the options that match more right now is Namek×Daima anniversary

    After spending an entire year on fusions (and Gohan) we seriously need to get on with other stuff. The shopping list of things dokkan still has not covered (and needs to cover again since remaking units has become a thing with the 10th anniv) is humongous at this point. Give me at least a year before we start rolling out the fusion wagon again.

    Also what i love about Fusions in Dokkan is their crazy ass animations, especially dokkan originals

    I think it will take at least two years for the next level of animations which i think will be 12th anni, right now AGL SSJ4 Gogeta/INT Trunks animation style is still experimental, it will take them a bit to fully utilise it (not talking about agl ssj4 gogeta active, that is not the same style)

    It's a lot crazier that we don't have a premium Namek final Form Frieza, or Demon King Piccolo (and that includes transforming units). Both fusions have been done a thousand times, the fact that they generally transform or fuse first doesn't change that fact.

    I know we've gotten a lot of Gogeta this year, and I think him getting an Anni unit may border on too much for some (I have the same feeling), but I'm willing to pass it if it's a standalone Gogeta Blue. Despite DBS Broly being out for a couple of years now, we still don't have a Gogeta that starts off in SSB.

    As for Vegito, 100% yes. The last standalone Vegito Blue we ever got was the LR F2P STR one back in 2019. It's been overdue for a long time now.

    And I think everyone agrees that we need more Daima.
