Happens, I tried doing the Seriously Serious Cell Max fight with TUR INT Dripgeta (the one from the Golden Frieza/Gogeta banner), had him on a movies team (to do the mission obviously) and he died to the turn 1 AoE Super TWICE in Slot 3! He's got 80% Dodge + 17 HiPo Dodge levels exactly how the fuck is that even possible???
Because the Passive Dodge and HiPo dodge aren‘t added up. The 17 HiPo dodge actually only provides roughly 3.5% of effective dodge. Unlucky, but still a ~4% chance for it to happen twice in a row.

Fairs. I haven't had many runs in this fight so wasn't too confident in vegeta's tanking.
Pretty sure Vegeta eats the normals, Guy has 40% DR plus 400% Def when Ki is 20 or more on top of a high chance to dodge.

Ahhhhh I see, still though, it's a fucking 4% chance, HOW???
Dodge works like this. First you roll for the dodge in the passive (80%), then if that fails you roll for your HP dodge at 1% per lvl( 17%).
Still utterly ridiculous though, I've had 70% dodge units dodge more shit than that, genuinely ridiculous that he somehow got hit twice.
