A little bit here and there ain’t so bad but that’s only for stuff like costumes or whatever and that’s also only if it’s not expensive as shit, never spend money on gacha game currency is the real lesson to be had
The problem with spending ANY amount is that you create a precedent for yourself.
If you don't have the kind of money that's let's you spend however much you want to or like a real financial plan that includes your gacha spending, then I truly believe you should NEVER spend any amount.
It's a slippery slope and a "little" bit here and there can grow to pretty big amount over time.
Honestly I don’t see it any different from spending money on any sort of other hobby. Basic rules apply like the ones you brought up but other than that there isn’t anything wrong with spending
And i got those guys f2p at 90% , they carried me so Hard through the entire year 2025 + they are super fun in Festival of battles when they get those Stacks up. Straight up killing machines🔥🔥🔥🔥
Stages like Bio-Broly are the reason why I just start abusing the shit out of utility units like AGL UI Goku, INT Fat Buu, TEQ Androids, etc... regardless if they're on leader skills or not.
Omega eats the normals for breakfast and Gamma 1 needs to get hit once and then he’s fine (you’ll take 1-200k on the first hit then nothing). Those are the two I’ve tried so far.
Omegas team legitimately decimates Bio Broly if he gets the counters off it’s pretty wild.
I only said they die to normals because I tried using Tao, and he gets obliterated with normals.
I haven't tried Omega's team yet, as I was trying to see if it was possible with Super Bosses (LOL no, not a chance) and right now, I'm trying Movie Heroes/Bosses as this team have lots of utility units to work with (Paikuhan, Broly Trio, AGL Golden Frieza).
In dokkan. I highly advice against spending money for dragon stones. The game is pretty generous. And metas can shift super fast. I dont want this sort of shit to happen to me.
I personally spend money for the keys and link level orbs because I lowkenuinely cant be asked to do manual link levelling.
Yep plus that character will be pulled constantly later on other banners.
I've been playing for 10.5 years and my box is FULL of extra copies of LRs and DFE that I'll never use since I'm way over the 5 needed to rainbow a unit
I've probably splint $1000 in total, basically just the monthly pack things when they go on discount and I spent a b it in the beginning like 9-10 years ago
Yeah, I started I think in the second month on global and I had actually started on JP before that, but I abandoned the JP account after about two year point
My account is old enough to have the original SR ssj blue int goku, cop krillin is my avatar etc.
Back in my day general blue carried the cell fight
I still have maxed out copies of Blue and that R Shenron and still try to get every new WT unit lmao. I also used Chiaotzu and Jaco way past their prime in WT. Just felt more natural.
I only buy the monthly subscription thing, sometimes for keys and link level orbs too, and occasionally some good deals out there, like the 88 of each link level orbs with 300 stones on the webstore.
Well I worded wrongly. But my advice against spending money is to my friends. And thats because we were just secondary school students at the time. We dont got an actual job at that age😭😭
But I think its fine to spend on dokkan to show some support.
This is why I dropped dokkan because it seems like the longevity of certain anniversary units and WWC units always don’t last long enough compared to how they once were.
That's why my favorite period of Dokkan was between 3rd and 7th anni. It was boring content wise sure, but atleast you could use a whole lot of characters together from different years together and have fun with the units you've paid for and collected. Create a full Cell team, Full Buu team etc anytime you want. The logetivity was insane. Now it's just become Legends for PVE. With all the same powercreep and over-inflated number issues and same generic kits.
and this is why you don't spend money on gacha games, folks

Been f2p since 2016 :)

Bio-Broly is literally intended to be beaten by utility units, dodges, and counters so that’s intended play. He’s not a boss you’re supposed to tank.
Even units that can counter/nullify the super, some of them can still die to normal attacks because of how hard he hits.
So the only safe play would just rely on dodge, which it can still screw you if they fail to dodge.
Omega eats the normals for breakfast and Gamma 1 needs to get hit once and then he’s fine (you’ll take 1-200k on the first hit then nothing). Those are the two I’ve tried so far.

Yeah, maybe with the equips he might be able to hold on but he’s too weak otherwise unless he’s rainbowed, even then he’s likely taking a big hit.
With Phy Kid Goku he would eat them no problem but Phy Goku would get fried.
Int Yamcha is a god in that fight though, get a few rainbow ki spheres and he has 100% dodge.
I will glaze AGL UI as long as I live.
AGL MUI is arguably the best slot 1 for this event, even off leader skill.
He will basically ignore 3 super (his first turn, then 2nd turn his revive is up, then his 3rd turn he has 100% dodge again.)
Even the blues get instantly deleted if they don’t dodge max bio brolys super (even though they have TA and everything)
On GAP gogeta dds a fully built up Broly super on his active turn.
Turns out Broly just hits fucking hard, and that’s all there is to it, generally it’s dodge, nullify or have an insane amount of dr/support
This might be the only stage that I couldn't beat it with GAP/GT Heroes without using any items.
You can 100% no item it if you have enough rainbows

Damn bro you og as shit. How was the heien era of dokkan? Are you best buddies with Akatsuki?

No it was bio broly
So this is the true reason behind Jiren's obsession with strength...
AGL ANDROID 21 IS THE BIO BROLY GOAT
11th anni will either: -powercreep the whole game -be mostly based arround dodge/support
Dudo que hagan una celebración entera de unidades de apoyo, siento que lo que van a querer serán unidades con supports muy fuertes para mantener a flote todas las unidades que se han ido quedando atrás.

If you spent $500 dollars on this game for one banner youve got bigger problems than that Bio Broly stage
The only time I've spent money on this Game was when phy blue Vegito released, I got him and then never again gave them My cash

I personally spend a bit here, and there but i learned a long time ago not to put too much money in any gatcha but FGO where the meta is very static.
reminds me of that bedtime story by LowTierGod animated video
