Now, let's talk into consideration what actually changes if we have a large overall brain size. 😃 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! 😃 There are some studies that suggest there may be a slight contribution to intelligence but they are talking size differences in 0.01mm and it's still a theory and not a fact. What is a proven impact on your overall intelligence is the efficiency and organization of your brain's neural pathways. (We've already looked at the efficiency factor using just a grade school level scientific understanding. Larger does not equal higher efficiency due to the materials and strength of the signals involved here. Too large -more than the 0.01mm differences that is- would likely even be counter productive.) The organization factor isn't something that is fully understood yet though so it's a non-factor in this argument at this point in time (although what little we do know about it also points toward bioelectrical signaling).
Now, let's talk about the idea that a 0.01mm difference is brain size could be impacted by the size of the birth canal. First of all, the size of the birth canal has no bearing on the size of the baby coming out at all. There's a reason women sometimes bleed to death after giving birth. There's a reason they can't have sex for a very long time after giving birth. (I'm speaking in generalities; not all women experience this obviously. Congratulations if you're in the minority on this one. Sincerely. I am so jealous but so happy for you.) The woman's body will push the baby out and/or literally die trying if the child is too big to pass through and a c-section isn't performed for some reason. The baby's developing cells do not know or care about the size of the birth canal. The woman's body does not consider the size of her birth canal when it comes to pushing the baby out. Once a woman goes into labor the contractions will grown stronger and stronger until something gives and that something is usually the muscles and tissues that form the birth canal. The baby's body is still somewhat malleable at this stage thankfully (by which I mean bendy/flexible not playdough-like), which does help the process a good bit, but at the end of the day the baby's body will only give so much and the delicate tissues forming the mother's birth canal will give more and tear easier once it can't give more.
Tldr; that Ignorant SOB Needs to Attend GRADE SCHOOL SCIENCE CLASSES.
