I think we should be able to answer 90% of proposals in this sub with a link to the FAQ and "Refer to section B".
I do have a question though; at what point do we consider scrapping items on the "admin queue"? (I believe at present the answer is that we don't)
There are a few on there that have been sitting for 2+ years. At some point it must just be worth saying "looks like it's probably not happening, and if we really want it we should put up a new proposal and re-submit".
