A Spontaneous Wild Ale with Chamomile Flowers Aged in Oak Gin Barrels for Two to Four Years Blended with our friends from Voodoo Brewing Bottled 7/25

Our two Tom friends from Voodoo Brewing visited us this year during our anniversary, and of course we had to blend something. They've been supporters (and contributors to events) for a long, long time. After much 'testing,' we settled on two to four year beer aged in gin barrels, which was their decided preference. But, they wanted to embellish the botanical nature, and we agreed that wasn't a bad idea at all. So, we enlisted the support of some beautiful whole flower Chamomile from Southern Oregon. After the infusion, and after conditioning, this beer turned out just so right. Big floral, botanical and dried apple aromas from the tea, plus all kinds of earthy, fruity and funkiness.
