What do you think about moving the couch closer to the TV? Like so the edge of the rug is at the cabinet. And then you'll have space behind the couch, for a console table or something.
Had a leaking roof and lots of water damage.. fire insurance kicked in and covered 50% of the Total renovation of this and the room next to it (wife's home office now)
Our downstairs is in need of renovation aswel.. but no budget yet. But when we do, at least we'll je comfy during a long renovation
Nice 👍 sounds comfy!
A little fridge isn't a bad idea... And to be honest we don't have a TV up there (yet), so as silly as it sounds there's not really a focal point to the room, plus it has a huge built in closet which I am reluctant to remove, as it holds all of my and my husband's clothes (and also a bunch of guitars, lol). But the closet does make it feel more like a bedroom and less like a living room 🤔
We just added the tv. It finally dropped in price so we pulled the trigger. Before that i was only there to practice guitar without bothering People :p
I have several before pics of this if you would be interested, just shoot me a DM.

Nice but why your plant upside down
It's a monstera, i took cuttings from my motherplant and added a Coco pilar so it can climb up ;)
This is original content.
Turned one of our spare bedrooms into a second living room.. because, why not? ;)

Agree
The couch folds out elecrically into nearly flat relax. Cant really move it/put anything behind it ^
a second living room? I dont have one proper living room.

Cool! I'm also trying to set up a second living area upstairs in our spare room, as I don't like our actual living room much (too dark!)
Yours looks good, do you find you use it much seeing as it is upstairs and hence a bit further away from the kitchen etc.?
We just installed the tv. But yeah, we use it Often (mostly because of the new sofa wich has relaxation settings etc.)
Id recommend a small retro fridge to solve your kitchen desire ^
