Is this entire subreddit just people asking for a second pair of eyes on at home (mostly pregnancy) tests?

  • I honestly don't know why this subreddit is flooded with them cause I swear there are ones specifically for that.

  • Idk and they’re all obviously positive lol. There is r/lineporn to ask for faint positives or indents on tests.

I mean if I was worried about the potential of being pregnant, I would probably not be asking in a community with that name lol

It does have a weird name but it can be used for other test strips too, there’s post flair for covid tests

Right, I'm just saying from the name I would assume it was a place for people to go if they were hoping to be pregnant lol

  • Idk but they all seem obvious and I’m not sure what’s there to be confused about. Like use your eyes.

  • Yeah. I don't know why this pops up in my feed. But just today I came to the subs info tab because it's like, exclusively pregnancy tests around here.

  • I guess so, that's what 80% of the posts in here are lately. It's annoying

  • Bruh I just posted the same question. What’s going on with that? I keep getting them on my feed and it’s annoying.

  • As of late, yes, it does appear that way.

  • It feels superfluous. It’s like “if you’re not sure do another one in like a week, you’ll know eventually” 😆

  • What I want to know is, why is this sub suddenly in my feed like 5 times a day? I don’t have the faintest interest in other people’s pregnancy tests

    Same :/ Idc who’s pregnant

Same I’ve been considering unfollowing this sub bc of it 😭 like omggg idgaffffff stopppppppppp go to the subs made for posting a barely visible line on a strip testttt

  • No. Sometimes people also post confused why there are so many pregnancy tests.

  • I was thinking the same thing. And there have been a few that are posted that are very obviously positive tests because the OP will think it's funny, and then all of the sarcastic comments will come flooding in. It was funny the first time, but now it's just obnoxious.

  • Hopefully it makes you realize how important women's health is. 50% of the population has to deal with this and it is confusing and there isn't that much effort being put into making it better.

    It’s not confusing tbh.

    It’s terrifying.

The choices for what to do after a positive test are deliberately fogged by poor sex ed and political grandstanding, and waiting a week to test again may radically change one’s options, depending on where one lives.

(This is true in the US)
