  • The best part is that all of them are social democratic/market socialist and genuinely abysmal. All the disagreements they have are over the most nonsensical shit you have ever read in your life.

Thats so weird seeing alleged maoists be market socialist

None of these parties are even in the ballpark of what they’re named after. It’s kind of insane to be honest

Honestly, Maoism can be very decisive for a lot of socialists; three worlds theory being the absolute bane of party stability 😭

  • Love that they just had 6 Communist Parties of Nepal lol

One of the most socialist things I've seen recently. Brings a tear to my eye

Also reminded me of the Monty Python skit in Life of Brian

and three of them are maoist 😭😭

  • Prachanda is a traitor. This is literally bad news- all these parties are now united behind the worst player in the country's "left." What a ridiculous thing to say.

Do you any good sources for the info that you're saying here?

go on banned thought and there are many texts in the nepal section there on prachandas betrayal and the nepalese peoples war

  • So uhhh, this is basically nothing. If Prachanda is the director, then theyre not making a new Communist party. Theyre Judy making a liberal party with a thing for red flags. Prachanda is a corrupt politician who sold out the People's war in Nepal. The Prachanda Path is what you get if Kautsky landed in Nepal in the 2000s.

Worse. Kautsky was never revolutionary only pretending. Prachanda is Nepali Trotsky.

How did he sell it out?

  • they’re all SocDems, or at least headed by SocDems. call the Nepal revolution whatever but people should realize every party with a hammer and sickle are not “communist” exactly, I can vouch the same for India. they’re all SocDems at best.

as far as I know, only the RCP in Nepal is pretty better.

  • What is the Nepali Left’s connection with/opinion on China?
