I suspect that they really are about the only ones saying tendys. I’ve been in Wendy’s many times since this campaign came out and nowhere in the stores I’ve been to does it say tendys anywhere on the menu or any other signage that they have up.
They actually paid people to sit in a room and come up with “tendys” as a marketing concept. Think about that. And these people probably get paid very well.
Read a weird post about a woman whose husband started talking baby talk all the time. She told him it was weird and it made her uncomfortable. Apparently, that escalated his nonsense. In a grocery store, while shopping together, he started yelling he wanted "chicky nuggies" and stomping his feet like a petulant toddler. I believe she just left her cart and drove home without him.
tendys! lol I'm so quirky rawr xd
At least they stopped with the "nuggs".
But the damage is done. I will never eat at Wendy's because the ads not only suck, they offend.
'How do you do, fellow kids?'

They really need to stop making that a thing.
Dear Wendy's, nobody on the fucking planet is saying "tendys." No. One.
I’m never eating there until they bring back “Where’s the beef?”

Always makes me think chicken tendons.

Blows my mind.
Really does show where society has gone, and how mentally immature most "adults' are.
The commercial is getting old
The baby word ads are the worst. 'tEnDyS dAtS fUn tO sAy"...STOP!!
For the idiots who like to say “kiddos”, “the littles”, and “doggo”
I was about to say "doggo" but you beat me to it. I'll add "sammy" (for sandwich), nom noms.
Seriously, what’s the whole appeal of calling tenders tendies and nuggets nugs or nuggies?
It’s sounds so babyish!
