I am moving to cbus at the end of this month for a new job in downtown and am wondering about the safest/best areas to live in? Are there apartment complexes people have had good experiences with?
I have a car so I am ok with driving a little bit to get to work.
I had a really good experience at Liberty Place Apartments just south of downtown in brewery district.
Best is a relative term. Sort of depends on your life style. Safest places would be upper Arlington, Dublin , or Polaris but they are expensive. But if you're looking for a place more affordable there's university village near osu campus. Governors square on Henderson rd also has good mix of safety and affordability, just remember to lock your car at night. If you don't mind living downtown. There's a lot of great apartment building there but traffic is a nightmare during events like red white and boom or columbus crew games
Hey guys,
Me and my girlfriend are moving again as we put off buying a house for another year to save a little more. Were trying to find a place that is a little more spacious though, we both have a bit of a gaming addiction and it helps that our current place has a somewhat finished basement that allows us to keep our set ups down there, and we cant hear the yelling and screaming up stairs lol. We also have 2 cats which has added some challenge.
Ideally we would like to stay below $2k/month rent and are trying to find something that is either a large 2 story where we can have 2 bedrooms, room for our living room set up, and an office area we can put our gaming set ups not next to the bedrooms. Anyone have any suggestions? Or anyone looking to rent their place out for a year?
Every r/Columbus food thread - “Bethel Road is the best place for restaurants in Columbus”, yet there are only 3 restaurants on this map on Bethel. How do more get added?
I wonder if it's worth someone just making a new list to supercede the current one, rather than waiting for someone to make a modification.
good idea.
Hell yes. Thank you
