Anyone else order theirs long ago and still not received theirs? It was supposed to be guaranteed delivery by December 24th if ordered by a certain date which I ordered mine weeks before. I live in Canada but I doubt it gets here tomorrow considering it only says label created (been stuck on that for a week).
Was in the same boat but I got a shipping notification last Thursday and it's out for delivery today.
I just spoke with the carrier and they said they just received the package over the weekend and that they will be shipping it today/tomorrow. However, they said the delivery method chosen by the seller is a 5-7 business day estimate, so no way I’ll receive it by the 24th. I wonder if they will waive the shipping cost for not meeting the “guaranteed” delivery date.
Maybe a dumb Q but was it guaranteed for Canada too or just US?
On their shop page it says: “For guaranteed delivery by December 24th, place your order by December 9th for Domestic Shipping and December 5th for expedited International shipping.”
