Split lane pressure is slowly getting better. I’m sure someone’s gonna cook up a hero giant hero wiz/pekka/valk (in theory) dual lane beatdown nonsense.
Overrated, anyone struggling with it, might just be bad at the game, regular wizard is terrible and the ability is rly good, but plenty of times I snuck a win con to win games by play mini tanks away from it and having wizard target. He is good, but still poor offense value unless your opp can't defend and has a lot of bad defense situations
I haven’t played against a single hero wizard or hero ice golem yet this month. I am extremely surprised. Can anyone explain why? I’m at a little over 10k trophies.
Well I’ve bought the pass and been using him. While yes, he is very annoying to deal with, he is still very weak against spells. While his evo addresses this problem, the hero counterpart doesn’t. And his ability isn’t broken enough to make it worth it for the 5 seconds he will be alive when placed.
So I was able to get value on defence with stopping evolved hogs and evolved Valk enemy tried to final push to gain back a tower, but I’ve yet to try to use it against lumberjack and balloon, it’s obviously doable but I’m just getting back into the game and old so can’t get the timing down cause my deck is pretty tanky at 4.1
Edit: wish I can also figure how to use it to counter hog rider and hero musketeer, the slow and very fast contract is hard for me to figure out since no one just drops em at the same point
I think the problem with the card is that I rather play with the Archer Queen, which fills the same slot, costs the same and is slightly better all round.
If the tornado damage on crown towers was lower, it would be pretty mid-table. Like most cases, situationally it can be really strong, but there are situations where there's little to no use to it. A half second tornado (x4) just isn't game breaking in the average situation
If crown tower damage was reduced by ~40% or the ability cost just increased to 2, it would be balanced

Hero Giant imo. Hero Wiz is still a very strong defensive card as basically a side grade to Evo Valk

Hero Ice Golem was not released yet (scheduled for the 19th of January i think). Hero wizard is just not that great.

I've been wanting another anti air hero. This isn't it 🤣I kill it easily 99% of the time. Mine dies quick too. It's ok as an evo, but shit as a hero.
