This is coming from someone who stomps on hyperbait with my homemade 3M deck. Please nerf hyperbait. It’s the most unfun and no-skill deck to go up against. Every game against them is the same: just wait for them to get too trigger happy when they’re doing damage against you, and punish them with one big push when they realize their spammy cards don’t work against you when you’re up 5 or more elixir.
It’s just such an unfun deck to face, because they’re held up by boss bandit, wall breakers, and a bunch of low elixir cards and evos. Please supercell just nerf this shit ass archetype. I’m sick of playing against them
hyper bait is everything wrong with the game the fact that the intended play style is literally throwing everything at the bridge all the time and somehow being meta should be ringing alarm bells to start nerfing

hyperbait? throwing random shit at bridge bridge spam? same thing 2.6? spam hog at bridge beatdown? throw random shit behind your tank and win lumberloon? lumberjack balloon at bridge and win piggies recruit? spam recruits and pigs at bridge graveyard? rng fest
Aside from like, miner, siege decks and rg everything is brainless spam according to you guys
skill level of a deck shouldnt determine which deck is broken or not. We are in 2025, and people can play clash royale for 73 hours without a break to be better at one deck. with a player base like this, "being skill or not" is not enough to avoid nerf.
Exactly, the only things we should be looking at is winrates and usage stats, "skill" is completely subjective and everytime someone leads with talking about it in one of these kinds of posts I just assume they are sub 10k trophies
the game has evolved to the point where you can absolutely call everything low skill. evos and heroes and basically funnelled all decks into the same aggressive spammy playstyle where you aim to get as many of the broken card down as possible.

Why would supercell nerf no skill decks? They need brain dead players to keep giving them money, it’s been a trend since like 2019 when they buffed recruits and continuously nerf cards that have more skill requirements and keep buffing brain dead cards

Hyperbait or some variety of hog cycle. Played more than 50 games in trophy road and EVERY SINGLE game was against one of the two.
I even changed my deck a couple times but still the same. Maybe the Golem and Lava Hound players were right this whole time. I hate golem so much and yesterday for the first time i would rather face one than whatever bs 99% of people are running today
No meta deck should just be “mindlessly spam everything at the bridge.” There should be absolutely no possible deck in this game that makes that a viable strategy

Nope. I crush. Unstoppable in double elixir. I just survive until then. I split the muskies. And generally put giant in front single Muskie when hets gets close to bridge. Bats and prince behind him with rage.

It’s unfun but you need to understand you can’t stop the chip, so tank smartly and push back. Hyper bait has broken offense but terrible defense. It’s not broken, just annoying
Yup, sometimes you just gotta let the dart goblin or wall breakers solo push onto your tower. Their loss because now they're down elixir for a bit of chip on your tower.
It’s how I beat them, but that still doesn’t make the games against hyperbait any less boring and/or painful to play

Evo skelly barrel has been desperately needing a nerf too. Literally a fireball that spawns a skarmy for 3 elixir and you almost always have to overcommit to counter it without taking too much damage.
What does hyper bait mean?
A very cheap cycle variant of logbait where you spam low elixir but threatening cards like fire spirit, suspicious bush, evo breakers/skelly barrel at the bridge to force out spells, negative trades and awkward responses out of your opponent all game so that they're constantly low on elixir and unable to make a push.
Then you piggyback off evo skarmy and dart goblin to clean up what's left of their counterpush and then rinse and repeat.
Idk if I have even versed a “hyperbait” deck. Maybe like 3 logbaits in the last 500 games.
