What is r/sequence?
r/sequence is the believed to be april fools sub for the year 2019. The sub is referenced in the APK, redesign and has been traced back to the admins by users. Remember though that this can always change and r/sequence might not actually be the april fools sub.

r/sequence's private subreddit messages have been changing
r/sequences private messages (referenced to as patents) have been changing constantly and via user input.
These patents are in order of release:

These two patents hint that users would need to work together on a upcoming story.

The google maps location coming from #62309 patent's coordinates has a place called Snakes On Sunset which in a tinyurl link makes this

The text on the bottom of the image is a 5-6-5 haiku. (This is irrelevant as of right now)
xmrcyvp/wrioglevqiv, when ran through a Caesar Cipher, outputs "tinyurl/snekcharmer".
This link redirects to an animated gif. It is a reference to the Indian-head test pattern. The noise/static that is visible at the start of the gif was found publicly and is presumably unrelated.

From patent #62315 you can find 215.450 which is the rotation present approx. one sec. into the gif.
With the correct rotation of the keplar gif overlaying the last 2 gifs provides this

The gif is an alternative version of The Horse in Motion, or Sallie Gardner at a Gallop, created by Eadweard Muybridge.
u/lifeofchrome messaged "UUS3642357A" and received this gif with the text "Something's... here." THIS IS NOW THE DEFAULT MESSAGE, if you get this message its nothing new.
31382 is perhaps a reference to March 13th, 1882, when Edweard Muybridge showcased his zoopraxiscope and various animals in motion to the Royal Family at the Royal Institution in London.
It was also found that Eadward Muybridge was based in his living years in San Francisco, the same city where Reddit's headquarters are currently located.
