I was charged for a double carne asada when I had double meat, chicken and carne asada. Kinda pissed off about it and went to the contact us link, but when I press submit it keeps giving me an error. Then I went to the Chipotle feedback survey form. Entered the code. Got to the end and it gave me a submission error. Tried multiple times with each option and made sure everything was listed correctly.
Did you try talking to pepper on the app lol? She resolves everything for me
I’m no fan of chipotle, but I’m pretty sure if you get split protein you will pay the full price of the more expensive protein for both.
I'm normally charged for a chicken salad with extra carne asada. Comes out 3 dollars cheaper.

That’s incorrect, they should be charging you for Carne not chicken and they soon will be when their CI keeps looking off
That makes no sense. Charging double carne when they got chicken and carne would put you over on chicken(wasn't charged) and under on carne(charged twice for one portion).
You got charged correctly. When you get half and half you get charged for the more expensive protein, plus you said you got double meat and that means you get charged for double carne asada.
