Did you input your full itinerary? It asks for my city if arrival and when I'm departing that city, not sure if I should go line by line and keep adding destinations to cover the whole trip
And to confirm, Americans don't need an inviting agency now right?
Americans don’t have IDs. Leave it blank/NA
Doesn’t your passport state where it was issued?
It would be like "CALIFORNIA, USA" on your passport.
US passports used to say the city of issue, but now they just say US
No
Ah okay, interesting.
Backup Post: First, I'm American. So when it asks for my ID# in my country, should I input a driver's license number or is this NA?
Second, is the place of issue of my passport just the state I applied from? Or country?

Place of issue is the 'US Department of State'.
Confirmed. I put this in, thanks to reddit, and it worked for my tourist visa application.
For the ID number I just put my drivers license, since that was also being submitted, but I’ve had others tell me I could leave it blank.
For place of issue on the passport, USA (unless you got it issued overseas, in which case put whatever your passport says)

No invitation letter for tourist visa.
If you already have flights, I’d include at least the entry and exit cities since you have a reservation that shows it.
For ID# i just put my passport number and i put US Department of State for place of issue and i got approved with no issues
