He's a heavy usage, high volume shooter that has unique abilities but has not had a real effect on winning games consistently due to several reasons. That's all facts.

He's the most talented player on his team. And as you said it's team that doesn't have a ton of talent... so of course they're better with him playing. That doesn't mean he's a "winning player" or that's he's proven to have an "effect on winning". What have they won??

LaMelo Ball's WOWY (With or without you) stats actually aggregate to him being more impactful on the court this season for the Hornets than SGA is for the Thunder
This team more than anything needs a legit coach with a winning track record.
Look at what Rick Charlisle was able to do with a healthy Pacers squad.
