I do it every year but normally you get the pharmacy prescription claim form in bag with the medication. Ive noticed this year the pharmacy are gone very bad and its never in there anymore .
You can ask your pharmacy for a 2025 statement and they will print it for you. My GP charges €10 for an annual statement, which pisses me off but sure. Don't forget dental and mental health too!
No you just input the figures but you’re meant to keep the receipts for a few years (6 maybe?) in case they look for them. We had a big claim in for 2024 (spent a lot on IVF) and they looked for receipts so we had to upload them all. Didn’t get any queries back and we had the money a couple of days later.

There's only particular things you can claim for dental, you can't claim for routine treatments
Sure but you can claim for root canals, crowns, Invisilign, and all kinds of stuff: https://www.revenue.ie/en/personal-tax-credits-reliefs-and-exemptions/health-and-age/health-expenses/dental-expenses.aspx
Do you have to upload the receipts/statements, or can you just add the figures? The thoughts of uploading each thing 🫣

You can upload figures only, but at times revenue may want proof of the figures so they will request the receipts to be uploaded.
