No letters received since 15th of December. Was waiting on hospital appointment ones. Lucky enough the hospital called me today. Said they were sent 2nd of January. I was expecting other letters to arrive as well like bank statements and others since then and still no sign.
Definitely, I got my Cadbury Secret Santa bar in the post today!

With the holidays in general its hard to know if the post is delayed, or the places you're getting the post from are.
If you don't already have it, download the HSE app and any appointments that have been scheduled for you should show up in there once you go through the full login. As far as I know most hospitals are officially using it now!

And they are increasing the price stamp with the excuse that there is not enough letter sent. But cannot manage the Christmas period?! WTF

Waiting on a Christmas card, but not sure if it's backlog or just my family for some reason thinking they can post a card the week before christmas from the States and it will magically arrive in Ireland before Christmas. I assume it's the latter and not an posts fault.

Still waiting for a parcel posted on the 22nd. The seller offered to resend it though using Express Post and it arrived in a day, but no sign of the original one.
Tip for everyone - use Express Post until this madness is over

Funnily enough I received a parcel from the UK I'd ordered on Dec 8th today. I kept getting messages from An post saying it was due to be delivered but it never happened. I aslo got a Christmas card that was sent from Belgium. So they must be slowly getting through the backlog
