Honestly, straight after they re-open is likely the best time to go to a place that was closed for hygiene reasons, probably the cleanest place around at that stage.
I forgot the name but there is a legit Turkish pastry shop in Dublin near Jervis I think. Best choice of Baklavas (and Turkish Delights) in Dublin.
Without doubt, it has to be the family run Turkish Cafe in the liberties called Rumi. Everything in there is delicious.
