Stuck at work until Noon (EST) with like four other people. So no actual work going on. I'll be at the Pinstripe Bowl on Saturday. But, the dreaded day I've worried about for years has finally arrived and Clemson plays Penn State finally.

But, I'm more interested in what everyone else is up to for the day before the big day.

  • Our flight is at 2,and my dad is seeing at patient at 11...

I just hope I can eat something for lunch

  • In order to save money for a big purchase I have cut out fast food and soda... It has been awful..

How far into cutting them out are you?

I haven't had fast food in a week and I have limited myself to one can of diet Coke a day.

If I can just keep going I should be able to afford a third of a vacation on its own

Also, the health benefits will help quite a bit I assume. Kicking the sugar habit is difficult. (as I prepare to eat a bag of Mike & Ike at my desk)

    Those sound delicious

  • Do you at least have a split jersey for the game?

I’m going to an OrangeTheory class so I can get out of the house so I don’t have to deal with family. They volunteer to host a family dinner for it and then awkwardly complain about having to clean the house and everything like that - well then, don’t volunteer if you don’t want to do all the prep.

Sorry, I’m venting since I’m depressed and not in the festive mood in the slightest. Unemployment sucks.

I wish I did, I am wearing a Clemson beanie and my wife is wearing a Penn State beanie. Figure that's good enough for now.

I get not being in a festive mood, I sure don't feel like I'm in one either. My wife's family just, they soak up so much of her time for prep and her nerves and getting things done that I don't get to spend much time with her. I love her family, and I know when you marry someone you marry their family too. But my goodness, it is tough sometimes with her brothers.

Sorry to vent back instead of listening. Hey, if you're in the Philadelphia/Delaware area I work for a company that is actively hiring.
