The story is that we rescued her when we randomly found her starved half to death by the river. Then my partner decided to name her Keith because of the animated movie Hoodwinked where there is an evil bunny that complains about his henchman being named Keith because the name sucks and isn’t scary. So it’s really just an obscure movie reference. Later we found out that she is actually female, but we didn’t change the name because we once again felt like having a bunny that’s a girl named Keith was kinda funny. Also, as a nonbinary person I really have no hang ups about my pet’s names not “matching” their gender.
