Immortality means you live forever not be conscious forever. you can easily just rip your brain out to be alive and unconcious so you’ll never know it (for those people who care scared of drifting in the void in a billion years.)
I wanted to write, but I ran out of symbols. Immortal here also means invincible, not like a zombie. Your body simply cannot be divided into parts or damaged, and you will function normally in any case
I don't think a lot of people realize just how horrible immortality would be. You would have to watch everything and everyone you love around you die while you remain alive. And what are you going to do in a few billion years when the sun explodes? You would be fully alone in the vast expanse of space, and other stars and solar systems would start dying too.
Well if you're the most powerful in the galaxy and you're immortal so your life spans they're rest of the universe... why does this sun or planet matter?
If I'm immortal, I'm eventually gonna run out of galaxy.
Maybe? I need to double check but I think black holes theoretical life span can last longer than the potential age of the universe as we understand them today, which to be fair doesn't mean anything haha
In any case, Andromeda galaxy is much bigger than the milky way, and it'll be coming along before our own sun blows up, so you can just hitch a ride if you want. It should make for some pretty visuals.

If i am the most powerful being in the galaxy surely I can conjure something to occupy myself in the endless expanse of nothing
This assumes that the current most powerful being can do that, and isn't just like, some squid alien who can fly through a sun and that's it
Do I still have a penis?
Asking the real questions here

Can I breathe in the void
I think so. But I don't think you'll want to.
What does most powerful imply, am I omnipotent
Well, I meant "most powerful" as a being with unlimited strength, durability, and speed (without the ability to change reality)
Ok
Unlimited speed means that it shouldn't take too long to find a new habitable planet
Mitosis: 😔
immortality is ass
Real
Real.

"What will you have after 500 years?"

God or peasant ahh question
Just the galaxy?
I don't think you'll need the whole world very much :)
The galaxy is bigger than the whole world
If I'm immortal, I'm eventually gonna run out of galaxy. Being the most powerful in the universe means I get more time not being bored.
I think we have slightly different and personal concepts of "world". You're right, though.
