5’4 147-ish. Pic is post-workout. I was getting super shredded before thanksgiving, went on break from college and then kinda got fat at home, had 2 more weeks in my deficit, went home again then started my bulk. After the holidays and a couple disgusting binges I feel like I jumped the gun on fat gain and have gotten too fat to continue a bulk. Should I ride it out until February as planned or cut my losses here and get back down to a lower BF%. On one hand I don’t want to get too fluffy since I’m worried about moving my set-point too high. on the other hand I don’t want to go back into a cut since there’s no way bouncing back and forth between 1700 and 2800 calories this way is good for me.
TLDR: got fat over thanksgiving, got lean again, staring to get fat again, what now?

You feel wrong, those feelings are entirely counterproductive.
Stop playing it up and punishing yourself. Take a deep breath, ignore how you feel, and just trust the process I.e. carry on as if the binges never happened.
Forget the short term, focus on long term. Their impact is likely WAY smaller than what you have in your head anyway and will make zero difference long term. It’s more likely to be water retention from all the salt you consumed than anything else.
Bro - when you're not in the tall guys club (like you and I) - we have to work so hard. Eating during the holidays makes us pay. I've learned that as I got older.
Overall, for your height, you look fit. Is it the abs you are looking to bulk more?
Have you focused more on chest?
