I have been maintaining nearly the same weight for around 3 years now with no crazy progress. Wondering if I should commit to the cut or the bulk. My guess is to shed some more weight before focusing on muscle gain. The only problem is my self control with the calories 😅. Any advice would be helpful. Also I should mention I am a personal trainer myself so I am trying to be a good example for clients. My guess is close to 20% bf here

  • Start of the year is a perfect time to begin a cut, which is what I would recommend. You clearly have a good amount of muscle and the cut will really help show it off. Take it slow to preserve as much muscle as possible.
