Does anyone have any recs for fun places to spend NYE either in/around fort Greene, Clinton hill, cobble hill, park slope, prospect heights, etc? Open to paying a small cover, but am also just interested in hearing where people usually have fun (and also isn’t crazy crowded/hard to get into!!)
Thank you all so much!!!!
Check out pulsd! They have some affordable Brooklyn parties at fun bars like Royal Palms, Cordelia, and Lulla's - https://pulsd.com/new-york/nye

Just wondering—what's the vibe like? More games or dance?
I just go to a popular bar within walking distance. They’re always showing the ball drop, you can meet some neighbors, and then you don’t have to deal with drunk people on the train or pay outrageous uber prices.

Brooklyn on NYE is always kind of chaotic but also fun in its own way. Some neighborhoods feel like a block party, others are completely dead by midnight. Really depends where you end up.
If you want something free there’s fireworks in prospect park at midnight.
