⚙️ Leadership & Structure
TPCD is organized into a multi-level leadership system that keeps things fair and engaging:
- Captain: Leads the entire TPCD organization and oversees all clubs.
- Commanders: The presidents of each TPCD club. They’re chosen through polls held during our Commander Choosing Ceremony (CCC) every few months.
- Managers: Dedicated members who assist in running clubs and Discord operations. Players can apply for Manager through the #manager-applications channel on Discord.
- Members: The core of TPCD — active, respectful, and community-oriented players.
Our structure ensures every voice is heard, and every active member has a path to grow into leadership.
📜 TPCD Guidelines
- Be fairly active in game and chat.
- Avoid teaming in solo modes — fight fair, win fair.
- Play all Mega Pig tickets (or inform if you can’t).
- Active players can earn promotions.
- Managers are selected based on dedication and communication.
- Commanders are elected through the community poll (CCC).
- Discord membership is mandatory — it’s the center of TPCD life.
