I had a coworker almost lose an eye because the harbor freight angle grinder he got to finish up a job spun itself apart and the cutting blade got flung into the wall right next to him and shattered. Same guy didn't learn his lesson and got an awful cut on his arm from ANOTHER harbor freight angle grinder that spun apart, this time while he was on a ladder.
