They find it absolutely surprising especially Deku developing a quirk and seeing it at Sport Festival. That being said, they do regret bullying him and tell Kirishima to pass on their apologies and tell Deku that he's very cool and they hope he succeeds in his dream
Damn, i kinda started the mangas after season 4 and picked them up from that point. This makes me a bit sad to have skipped that all since thats actually really nice.
These aren't the manga but Light Novels aka books. Called School Briefs
They contain Slice of Life scenes that Horikoshi wanted to include in the manga but couldn't find place for them. Parents Day, preparation for the exams, Valentine day, Class 1A on the bus to Summer Camp, Class 1B play, UA teachers going out to drink and etc. Basically normal school activities
They're not needed for the plot but it's nice to read them nonetheless
