DLC item not there

So to access the dlc, you must pick up an item that is located in the hunters dream once you beat viscar amelia. However, it is simply not there. Im playing the compelete edition, which means that the dlc should be included. Any tips?

The "DLC path" option, select and redirect the location to where bloodborne in installed "game path location"
