Yeah but you still have to own black mesa thru stream. Just use the workshop function in steam it’s easier
Steam - Subscribe in Workshop - Open game Properties by Right Click on Steam - Chose with Workshop enabled and it loads Blue Shift. There is no sperate download, Steam only. But you can get steam key cheaper via Kinguin and similar
