On a cell phone, go to your web browser (Chrome, Kiwi, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Brave, Edge, etc). Then, navigate to https://www.reddit.com/report/. You may need to log in and you will need the URL of the content you're reporting. Unfortunately, you can only report to the subreddit's moderators within the app.

I highly recommend going in the comment sections of removed posts and reporting select users as well. Mentioning specific users is forbidden, but I’ll post a comment as an example of what should be reported:

Also, looking at the user profiles leads to a ton of similar subs. Reddit really has no handle at all on this stuff.
I’ve tried to do that, but profiles of suspended users are inaccessible, and the others only had creepy but legal-age subs they posted to.
I am currently compiling a list of subreddits based on commenters, though…
