First place I ever tried real bacon Jam was on a hamburger. At this kind of snooty bar that was around the neighborhood I used to live in and I fell in love with it. I have actually also put it in meatloaf when I had left over from something because why not. That one I didn't care for as much as way too much apple in it was too sweet. But the less sweet one is really really good on a burger and would be really good on a grilled cheese if I get my hands on some more of the more Savory one I might try that.
Ohhhh on a really good grilled thick juicy homemade burger, with cheese and the works, plus slices of bacon! Dip some fries in and see what you think. You can also incorporate it into a vinaigrette
Sweet and salty and smoky and like….kinda peppery?… idk, I’m having it on a burger and with fries right now, it’s SO GOOD! I dunno if I can describe it better, now that you know it exists you gotta try some too!

On a burger with boursin cheese. Used to make this as a bar I worked at but I did the jam from scratch.
Baked Brie. Put it on the pastry, brie on top, wrap and bake.
Bear bait.
Pancakes, toast, French toast. Anytype of bread.
Edit. ...peanut butter and bacon jelly sandwich
spread it on top of some melted smoked cheddar, on a hamburger, or in a grilled cheese sandwich.
Mmm. Bacon Jam just dropped.
