    Did you blanche the bacon first before wrapping? Did you buy the shrimp pre-minced or did you decide to desecrate whole shrimp?

    Big (thumb tip-to-wrist sized) prawns (headless) spiral wrapped around once with quickly blanched cheap thin(est!) bacon (snip off any overhangs, use for something else) on the grill (propane 350'F lid down; 45 seconds, flip, 45 seconds) cook times out perfectly.
