I’d love asparagus this way and if you love potatoes, put this on a bigger tray and get the little tiny potatoes and cut them in half and lay them out around the tray and sprinkle some garlic seasoning salt or fresh garlic if you want to go that route on them and they are absolutely delicious! The juices from the bacon grease soak into the potatoes while they’re baking and the taste is just scrumptious!
