ok so I'm not a deep bdsm person, my knowledge is beyond zero if you wanna know. But I recently saw a manga panel where one of the characters was sewing the eyes and mouth of other character, it get stuck in my head and I want to figure out if there's any kink or concept that abranges this type of attraction. theres any who includ this sewing thing? like not exactly on mouth and eyes since it is pretty hardcore (I guess?) but in other parts of the body. It is even safe? idk man I'm just fixated on this image

Sounds like needle play or stitches / sutures (medical fetish?). These (obviously) are more risky than normal play and require a lot more knowledge and safety planning. I wouldn't attempt them without attending classes or learning from a qualified mentor.
I think that is this suture thing, I will search more about so
I've seen mouths and other body parts done. Eyes I wouldn't mess with.
The artist Carta Monir had her eyes sewn shut for a performance. Note! She was not pierced through her actual eyelid -- sutures were put in just below her eyebrow and along the top of her cheek, and drawn together to block her vision: https://www.instagram.com/p/DCqUWVHO3Ot/
The artist David Wojnarowicz famously sewed his mouth shut for a photograph protesting neglect of the AIDS epidemic: https://www.frieze.com/article/stitch-time-0
Just in case you were wondering what was possible, how it looks IRL, and what other artists have done with this in their work.
And yeah -- Please take classes or learn from a good mentor IRL if you want to put sutures in yourself or someone else. And don't bottom for anyone who hasn't done that, either.
We've had posts here on people sewing their mouths shut temporarily. Eyes I don't think you could do safely without a medical degree and practice under supervision. However, I have seen make up artists fake it for Halloween costumes like here or here.
Edit to be clear - sewing your mouth shut would also be very risky but at least you're not risking permanent blindness
