I know this is mainly a texas (?) style bbq reddit, but i grilled a whole rib rack over charcoal and wood for over 5 hours at an extremely low heat. AND IT WAS JUST AMAZING.

How do you prepare the tripe?
A simple lemon marinade for 12 hours at least. Then i salted it once on the grill. Simple as it was.
