She progressed the fastest in the series besides Aang. Katara went from barely been able to bend water to Azula and Toph level in less than year despite them being trained for years.

Toph probably. She was just discovering metalbending at the end of Book 3, so it is sure to say she improved even more after that on said art even if there wasn't a war anymore. Her earthbending should have increased greatly too, taking in count how gifted she is.
